1 killed, 1 homeless suspect arrested. September 8, 2014  Murder of Sabrina McLean Brockton Woman Run Over By Tow Truck  Sabrina McLean, 54, of Brockton was found when her half naked from the waist down body was run over by a tow truck backing up on a garage ramp at 11 p.m.  A 47-year-old homeless man George Rhodes was charged with assaulting and robbing the woman minutes before she was run over. by a tow truck in a downtown parking garage on Monday night. Rhodes is a Level 3 sex offender who was convicted in 1999 on two counts of rape of a child with force. The victim had bruises and cuts on her face and swelling around one of her eyes, as well as lower body injuries which may have been caused by the truck. Tests for a sexual assaults have not been completed. Surveillance video shows the woman  walking arm-in-arm with a man believed to be Rhodes. Both victim and suspect are African Amerian.
