When the man was asked to visit the police station and answer his intentions regarding terrorist movements, he attacked two officers with a knife in the parking lot about 20 miles southeast of Melbourne. This is the third officer-involved shooting involving LMPD this year. In March, police officers killed a man who shot at them first. |
