Vehicle Assault Attacks | Taxi and Limousine Incidents
August 27, 2013 Kirkland, Washington. Emil Rafikov (common Russian name) age 29 was speeding in a black Lincoln Towncar (standard color for limousines for hire often driven by immigrants) when he allegedly lost control, and clipped (or rammed) the back of a Dodge Caravan before rolling over his Towncar and landing in a ditch. The Caravan was totaled but the woman was not injured. Rafikov was booked into King County jail for investigation of vehicular assault. Drugs and alcohol were factors in the crash.

Aug 17, 2013 -..suspected drunk driver arrested early Saturday after he clipped the back of another vehicle at high speed on Interstate 405, lost control and rolled his car into a ditch.. responded to the scene, at I-405 just south of NE 70th Place, at about 1:45 a.m. . driver of black 2006 Lincoln Towncar (typical limo) Emil Rafikov, 29, of Kirkland lost(?) control, veered off the highway was heading south on the freeway at high speed when it clipped the back end of a 1999 Dodge Caravan.., also heading south, and rolled his Towncar into the ditch. The Caravan was totaled in the collision, but the driver, a 66-year-old Kirkland woman, was not injured...taken into custody at the scene and booked into the King County Jail for investigation of vehicular assault. Drugs or alcohol were a factor in the crash
Other famous ravikovs are from Russia, so suspect is probably a Russian immigrant. No word on his religion.

A picture of a Cyber Gray 2014 Corvette Stingray involved in an accident has turned up on the Corvette Forum, but details of the crash are sketchy. From the pictures, it appears that a Lincoln Town Car t-boned the Corvette Stingray on the passenger side, causing damage to both cars.
