Antonio Raglin is charged with two firearms crimes, lying to a police officer, and being a habitual offender in Sunday morning's incident, but he's not accused of being a gunman involved in killing three people there. Four others, including Raglin, were injured in that violence.

Muskegon Elks Lodge Shooting September 22, 2013 Two men were shot to death outside the Elks Lodge in Muskegon, Michigan around 2 a.m. Sunday A 20-year-old woman also died after being shot, then struck by a vehicle that was fleeing the scene. Suspect Antonio Keshawn Raglin, 20, of Muskegon is the same suspect police sought for a high-profile Muskegon hit-and-run involving a baby in a stroller. Raglin is lodged in the Muskegon County Jail facing a probable charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm. There was another shooting on June of 2013 which is leading to the suspension of the liquor licence

Police are hoping a shocking video snippet showing
a van backing into a Muskegon woman pushing a baby stroller, then dragging the stroller for a short distance with a 1-year-old child still in it, stirs up enough outrage from viewers that someone will come forward and identify the driver of the van. The incident occurred around 10:30 a.m. on June 25 in the parking lot of Sam’s Drink All, 1500 S. Getty St., in Muskegon.
