Saturday March 30, 2013 19 year old star college athlete Jacob Valdiviezo was shot in San Franciso's Mission District at 3 a.m. by a man who got out of his car and asked if he was in a gang. He died in the hospital.

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) — A college student visiting family and friends during his spring break was shot and killed in San Francisco’s Mission District early Saturday morning, a police spokesman said.
