Saturday september 21, 2013 20-year-old Darieann Hess of Seabrook, New Hampshire with no license crossed the center line and appeared to drive directly into a group of riders on a bridge in Hampton, N.H, killing two women and injuring two others. Police are conducting a criminal investigation, including confiscated her car, her phone, and they took a blood sample. She faces charges of negligent homicide, second degree assault.
