    4. Shavelle Oscar Chavez-Nelson Arrested for Burnsville Murder
    Sunday September 22, 2013 Fatal shooting of 23 yr old Palagor Jobi outside Nina’s Grill in northeast Burnsville. The incident started as an argument that escalated in the parking lot of Nina's Grill around closing time. The suspect ran away after the shooting. Police searched for more than three hours. Jobi was an Ethiopian community college student with an extensive arrest history in 2 counties including charges of fraud, DUI, minor consumption and probation violations, careless driving, fifth-degree assault and obstruction. Suspect Shavelle Oscar Chavez-Nelson was arrested Sep 24, 2013. Police were also seeking a 20 year old University of Minnesota college student Anarae Schunk was missing after family said they had no contact with her and the 20-year-old Burnsville woman is seen in surveillance video walking into the same Nina's Grill with her ex-boyfriend Saturday the day before. Schunk broke up with the homicide suspect last November after she learned he was living with the mother of his child. Police say she is also inactive on social media. Jobi had been arrested for 3 counts of theft including using credit cards stolen from garages. A previous shooting in Burnville where a car with 2 persons that were shot, one who later died, drove up to a Super America gas station at 2 a.m. was reported on August 13th

5. Man Goes Terrorist Shooting 2 Near Long Island Mall


September 25, 2013 Long Island New York:  Sang Ho Kim, 63 walked into Savenergy which makes energy efficient light fixtures where he was once a vendor, (one report was that he had been fired) and shot at the company's owner and killed another employee before fleeing in a Honda Pilot. A SWAT team came to encircle the building while nearby schools and a shopping mall was locked down. Police believe it was a workplace incident targeting business associates, with no evidence it was a random shooting.
