October 6, 2018 Schoharie New York limousine crash In the early afternoon a limousine travelling down a hill failed to stop at the bottom where the road ended and crossed a T. It crashed at the junction of New York state routes 30 and 30A north of Schoharie, 40 miles (64 km) west of Albany, the state capital, killing 20—the driver, all 17 passengers, and hitting a parked car and two pedestrians who were in a nearby parking lot.[1][2] The driver lacked the neccesary commercial driver's license. WNYT also learned that Lisinicchia had several outstanding traffic tickets in Saratoga Springs, enough that his license should have been suspended; however a clerical error had prevented the paperwork from being filed.[18]

Towncar Clips Minivan in Kirkland Rollover Crash August 27, 2013 Kirkland, Washington. Emil Rafikov (common Russian name) age 29 was speeding in a black Lincoln Towncar (standard color for limousines for hire often driven by immigrants) when he allegedly lost control, and clipped (or rammed) the back of a Dodge Caravan before rolling over his Towncar and landing in a ditch. The Caravan was totaled but the woman was not injured. Rafikov was booked into King County jail for investigation of vehicular assault. Drugs and alcohol were factors in the crash.

May 19, 2013 Kamakazi Taxi Hits Fire Police Van Head-On Injuring 4 Firefighters In northeastern Pennsylvania township of Coolbaugh on 1:15 a.m. taxi Driver Michael West allegedly lost control of his taxi, and collided head-on with a fire police van. West was killed and four emergency responders were hurt. Investigators believe the taxi which was carrying no passengers accidentally slid into the path of the oncoming Coolbaugh Township fire police van. Four volunteer firefighters were taken to hospitals, and two were in intensive care.

The driver helped the four survivors escape through the partition, but the new bride 31-year-old bride Neriza Fojas was killed with four other passengers. The rear doors had the child lock engaged. Families of the victims are filing suit against 6 companies, including Ford Motors, and the limo operator Limo Stop.

August 29, 2011 Tel Aviv nightclub attack was a combined vehicle attack and stabbing attack. A Palestinian attacker stole a taxi cab and rammed it into a police checkpoint guarding a nightclub in Tel Aviv After crashing into the checkpoint, the attacker jumped out of the vehicle and began stabbing several people. Five civilians and four police officers were injured in the attack.[4]

2 killed 1 injured, ruled accident no charges June 14, 2010 Faegh Behbahani San Francisco Taxi Crash Avoids Murder Charge DeSoto Cab Co. driver, Faegh Hassan Behbahani, 50, of Daly City, was taking Ohio tourists Karen Marshall, 59, and her husband Dennis Marshall, 61 from San Francisco International Airport when the driver claims he smelled smoke as he passed Candlestick Park. He exited the freeway, as a passing car took a picture of his cab on fire. He found his brakes didn't work and he accidentally crashed into a freeway pillar. While the driver got out by himself with injuries, two sheriff's deputies suffered smoke inhalation pulling the couple out of the back who later died. In Jan 4, 2011, a probe concluded that the driver should not be charged with murder. No relation to Iranian poet Simin Behbahani.
