1 charged, fired from job October 30, 2015 Taco Bell executive charged in attack on Uber driver In Orange County Southern Caliornia, Benjamin Golden, 32, was arrested on assault and disorderly conduct charges for beating up Uber driver Edward Caban on camera after he stopped and asked his passenger to get out. Golden requested an Uber ride from a Newport Beach bar but was allegedly too drunk to give directions. He was fired from his mid-level manager position with Taco Bell Corp.
