1 in custody, bomb threat November 4, 2015 Naked Erratic Driver Arrested in Rochester MN After MSP Bomb Threat Naked man in a new Nissan Altima was stopped at a shopping center in Rochester MN and taken into custody after he was reported driving  erratically and gave a short police chase. When a dog smelled something, the St. Paul bomb squad was called in. The plates showed it was the same car where the driver stated there was a bomb at the MSP Minneapolis airport before he drove off earlier in the morning. The man was not arrested or charged but sent to a hospital for mental evaluation.
