December 26, 2018 Wednesday Murder of Newman Officer Ronil Singh Newman California police officer Ronil Singh, 33, was shot and killed during a traffic stop just before 1 a.m. He was an immigrant from Fiji with a common Indian surname. Suspect who has not been identified was an illegal immigrant who likely has ties to Mexican gangs. He was arrested on Friay December 28 2 days later.

Nov 22, 2018 ICE places immigration detainer on alleged hit-and-run driver accused of killing teacher Immigration and Customs and Enforcement has placed an immigration detainer on the man accused of running over and killing an El Paso teacher on Thanksgiving Day. [1] Ann Farran, 41 body was found dumped on road June 13, 2018. Juan Carlos Hernandez-Caseres, 37, was arrested by Miama Dade police in Florida and confessed to the killings June 16. He told police he had picked up Farran for the purpose of paying her for sex, but began to argue and he became "enraged" knocking her unconscious [2]. Suspect is charged with first degree murder. Authorities say he is an illegally present Honduran national.

12/10/2017 sunday 1 killed, two hurt after head-on collision with alleged ICE detainer drunk driver KSAT San Antonio SAN ANTONIO - A man is facing an intoxication manslaughter charge and two intoxication assault charges ICE detainer following a head-on collision that killed a woman and injured her two passengers. Authorities said 29-year-old Lizette Flores Corona was driving her silver Mitsubishi Outlander Sport driver of a green 2003 Chevrolet Suburban veered into her lane and hit her car head-on. the driver of the suburban, Alejandro Torres Almazan, was under the influence.

October 31, 2017, a person drove a rented pickup truck into cyclists and runners for about one mile (1.6 kilometers) of the Hudson River Park's bike path alongside West Street from Houston Street south to Chambers Street in Lower Manhattan, New York City. The vehicle-ramming attack killed eight people and injured eleven others. After crashing the truck into a school bus, the driver exited, apparently wielding two guns (later found to be a paintball gun and a pellet gun). He was shot in the abdomen by a policeman and arrested.[6] A flag and a document indicating allegiance to the terrorist group Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) were found in the truck.[7]  The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) charged 29-year-old Sayfullo Habibullaevich Saipov, who had immigrated to the United States from Uzbekistan in 2010, with destruction of a motor vehicle and providing material support for a terrorist organization.[8]

10/15/2017 Jesus Fabian Gonzales Arrested in Wine Country after Fires Arson  Homeless illegal immigrant Jesus Fabian Gonzalez was arrested for starting a fire "to keep warm" near a bridge in Sonoma County which had just suffered a massive deadly wildfire. He was wearing a trench coat, was carrying a lighter and fire extinguisher,  Sonoma County jail on arson charge and a  misdemeanor drug warrant from Ventura County. Immigration authorities asked to detain him for deportation but Sheriff Rob Giordano refused citing cases where administrative detainers are unconstitutional.   ICE complained of Sonoma County's repeated releases of dangerous criminal aliens  compained it had sought to detain Gonzales four times in the last year and found it "troubling in light of the massive wildfires devastating the region"   InfoWars and Breitbart incorrectly said the arrest was for the massive deadly fires but Giordano said (also incorrrectly) "There’s no indication he’s related to these fires at all" though it is entirely possible and likely somebody like him set a fire this way to make it look like an innocent accident.

7/6/2017  Woman illegal immigrant accused of killing husband, 4 children behaves oddly in first court appe GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. - A mother accused of stabbing and killing four of her children and her husband rejected legal representation and was admonished by the judge for her unusual behavior during her first court appearance Friday morning. Isabel Martinez, 33, was taken into custody Thursday morning after her husband and four young children were found stabbed to death,  Police responded after receiving a 911 call from a woman who said several people had been stabbed. working to determine a motive and what led up to the deadly stabbing.   Martinez recently fell into a deep depression after the death of her father. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) lodged an immigration detainer against Maria Isabel Garduno-Martinez, 33, an illegally present Mexican national, July 6 following her arrest on multiple murder charges by local law enforcement in Gwinnett County, Georgia.

June 18, 2017 Illegal immigrant assaults and murders muslim girl Murder of Nabra Hassanen The body of a teenager from Reston, Virginia is found in a pond in Sterling, Virginia. A suspect is arrested and charged with murder. (USA Today)  June 18, 2017, Nabra Hassanen, a 17-year-old American Muslim girl from Reston, Virginia, was sexually assaulted and killed. The prime suspect for the murder is Darwin Martinez Torres, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador who was 22 at the time. Torres was indicted for Hassanen's rape and murder by a grand jury on October 16, 2017. Police have classified the killing as an act of road rage, and not a hate crime.  Hassanen and her friends made their way back to the mosque between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m[4] and came into "a dispute with a man driving a red car"; the man was later identified as Darwin Martinez Torres.[1]  Hassanen's group of friends scattered as the man drove onto a curb.[4] He then followed them to a parking lot, got out of the car and chased them.[4] When the man managed to reach Hassanen, he hit her with a baseball bat and put her in the car.[4] As Hassanen's friends ran back to the mosque quickly,[1] the man "drove off with her in his car", took her to a nearby location, and assaulted her again .[4][5] After Hassanen died of "blunt force trauma to her upper body",[4] the man dumped her in a pond near his home.[4][5] Illegal and Immigrant Suspects

5 killed 1 arrested March 7, 2016  Pablo Antonio Serrano-Vitorino Mexican Illegal Immigrant Not Terrorist Mass Shootings On the night of March 7–8, 2016, four men who lived next door to Serrano-Vitorino were shot to death with a shotgun in Kansas City. One of them managed to call police about the shooting before dying. On the morning of March 8, 49-year-old Randy J. Nordman was shot to death in Montgomery County, Missouri, 170 miles away from the site of the first shooting. On March 9, police in New Florence, Missouri responded to reports of a man pulling a firearm on a civilian at a gas station. On March 9, 2016 Serrano-Vitorino was found at a muddy hill alongside Interstate 70 and arrested, armed with a Kalashnikov assault rifle characteristic of terrorist attacks. Suspect was a previously deported Mexican living in the United States illegally who should have been jailed or deported last year according to officials but was not due to a series of legal errors.

1 killed, 3 police were ultimately not charged facing lawsuit.  February 9, 2015 Shooting of Unarmed Hispanic Antonio Zambrano-Montes in Pasco in Pasco, Washington, United States. Zambrano, a 35-year-old man illegal immigrant orchard worker with a history of attacking police originally from Michoacan, Mexico, was shot and killed by three police officers after allegedly throwing rocks as large as softballs at cars and police officers. His hands were in the air and back turned when the police fired the shots, similar to claims about Michael Brown in Ferguson. A toxicology report conducted by police found Zambrano's blood tested positive for methamphetamine. Zambrano-Montes was in the country illegally and did not speak English. He was arrested for assaulting a police officer, throwing objects  and trying to seize a gun in January 2014. Zambrano-Montes' family initially filed a $4.8 million claim against the city of Pasco for the shooting, which they called an "execution", saying he "did not represent a threat of grievous bodily harm to anyone" at the time of his death. Two of the officers involved in the shooting were white, and one was Hispanic. The killing led to criticism by the Mexican government with the country's President, Enrique Peña Nieto, condemning the officers' "disproportionate use of lethal force." Officers were ultimately not charged but may face civil lawsuit.

Wednesday October 23, 2013  Voices Tell Belarus Illegal Immigrant To Set Church Afire In Burlington Vermont, Alaiksandr Bychkou, 32, told authorities a cover story that voices told him there was a treasure in the steeple at the CollegeStreet Congregational Church but he didn't find any. He was found in the church basement as the steeple erupted in flames and smoke.  Bychkou is a Belarus native who overstayed his visa. He was facing federal deportation proceedings in 2014. He was warned four years before he was in the United States illegally and was facing a deportation proceeding in Boston in 2014.He was picked up in Reno, Nevada, and was deportable. The church was not destroyed, but the steeple was a total loss.

March 2, 2008 1 killed suspect sentenced to death  Murder of Jamiel Andre Shaw II Jamiel Shaw II, a 17 year old  black high school football start was walking home when two Latino men jumped out a car and shot him in the head and back after asking what gang he was in. Gang member Pedro Espinoza was sentenced to death. Espinoza was born in Mexico, immigrated at age 3 without gaining legal status, and accumulated an extensive juvenile record. His one adult conviction was confronting a man at a park while armed and spent months in County jail for that offense from late 2007 to March 1, 2008. He was released the day before he killed Shaw.
