- Casualties: 1 killed, suspect pled guilty to negligence January 21, 2014 Lisa Zemack Ambulance Crash Vehicle Homicide Real estate agent Lisa Zemak's Mercedes car ran a stop sign in Milford Mass (near Boston). It clipped the corner and caused the ambulance to spin and roll over, killing the patient. A paramedic in the ambulance was also injured. Zemack was summoned for vehicular homicide by negligent operation and driving to endanger. She pled guilty to negligent driving in 2015.

- January 21, 2014 Commando With Rifle Robs Kills Texas 7-11 Clerk A masked man carrying a rifle with a scope was caught on video late after robbing and shooting the clerk Yosef Tulu. A long rifle with a scope is more typically used in a terrorist mass shooting or ambush attack than holding up a convenience store.
