1 injured, 1 killed, suspects sought Sunday August 3, 2014 Mai Yang E. Xiong St. Paul Bicycle Hit and Run 35-year-old Mai Yang of Minneapolis was in critical condition and later died while 37-year-old E. Xiong of St. Paul was in fair condition after the husband and wife on bicycles were both struck by a car in Oak Park Heights Minnesota which fled the scene.
No one has speculated that the only motive that makes sense would be a terrorist attack.
