Thursday October 10, 2013 Forty University of Delaware Phi Sigma Sigma sorority women were injured at night when their school bus overturned after being struck by a car carrier tractor-trailer. The truck ran a red light and clipped the rear of the bus as it made a left turn. The truck driver, Roberto Figueroa-Gomez, 26, of Miami was cited for failing to stop at a red light.
