Houston House Party Mass Shooting Nov 9, 2013 In suburban Houston, two people have been killed and at least 22 others hurt in a mass non-terrorist shooting at a large house party where 100 had gathered for a birthday party in the evening. The shooting began when one of the suspects fired a “celebratory” shot, then thbe other suspect fired into the crowd. There was no known motive. Willie Young, 21, and Randy Stewart, 18, were arrested Monday morning in connection with the shooting. Most of the 19 injured suffered from gunshot wounds, but in the frenzy during the shooting, some also suffered sprained ankles and one broken leg and some jumped out of 2nd floor windows.

Detroit Strip Mall Barber Shop Terror November 6, 2013 In Detroit, gunfire broke out in at 6:15 p.m. at a barbershop in a strip mall that was known for gambling activity. Two cars pulled up that started shooting each at each other. Then they started shooting into the barber shop where two were killed, and at people running outside. Police officers were "not sure if this was over a bad debt." Police have been looking for at least two people believed to have carried out the shooting.

Mexican Monster Truck Goes Taliban on Crowd October 5, 2013 In Chihuahua Mexico, an out-of-control monster truck with 5 ft wheels shot into a crowd of spectators at an air show, killing eight people and hurting 79.

May 18, 2013 An elderly 86 year old man Deward Blevins with a medical condition plowed through a crowd of 1,000 at the Damascus Trail Days parade, injuring 60.

2013 Mother's Day Parade shooting A mass shooting at a May 12, 2013 New Orleans jazz band second line parade commemorating Mother's Day resulted in the injury of 20 people. After the shooting, it was reported that three gunmen fled the scene of the attack. On May 15, 2013, police arrested 19-year-old suspect Akein Scott.[4] The next day, his brother, Shawn Scott, was arrested. The brothers were both charged with 20 counts of attempted second-degree murder. Five other people were arrested and charged with obstruction of justice for harboring a fugitive

Boston Marathon Bombings  April 15, 2013 During the Boston Marathon, two pressure cooker bombs exploded at 2:49 pm EDT killing 3 people and injuring an estimated 264 others.
