October 2, 2013 In the Germantown section of Philadelphia, Mustafa Guyton is suspected of knocking down a blind man and kicking him as he lay in the street in broad daylight in front of witnesses and video. Police have not discussed a motive.
Note: Mustafa is an Arabic / Muslim first name, but authorities aren't investigating it for terrorism as a possible motive.
Court documents show he has a lengthy history of past arrests and incarcerations. He has used several aliases in the past and may call himself David Mustafa, Markish LeBron Thomas, Mustufa Guiton and Mustafa M. Guyton.

Common victims of violent perpetrators include (although, are not limited to): Those who are elderly; physically disabled; mentally challenged; children; classmates; opposite races; family members and last but, certainly not least, animals.
Mustafa Guyton, knew full well what HE was doing, as to brutally attack a blind man. The three eyewitnesses knew what THEY were doing, as to ignore the gentleman's plea for help.
This horrific incident is similar to an one in NYC, which occurred on March 13, 1964. Susan "Kitty" Genovese, 29-years-old, was savagely stabbed repeatedly outside her building in the wee hours of the morning, upon finishing her shift at a local bar. As if that were not enough, the offender left the scene only to return, a few minutes later. He searched the area and found her collapsed, bleeding profusely in a dark hallway. He then stabbed Kitty several more times and raped her.
Original reports stated that at least 30 people heard the commotion, yet none called the police. Other accounts dispute this. To ignore someone in need of assistance, is professionally referred to as , 'the bystander effect' or 'Genovese Syndrome'.
To the layman, it is called, "I don't want to get involved."
