- Roseville: Army recruiter dragged nearly a mile by hit-and-run driver

- Enrico Darius Taylor, 52, of Minneapolis was charged with three counts of criminal vehicular operation
- Taylor denied knowledge of the accident. But about 10 minutes later, he expressed concern for "the guy he had hit"
- panic because he was driving with a suspended driver's license

- Roseville police said Taylor has no license and is blind in one eye
