Seattle Yacht Club Boat Rampage September 15, 2013 22-year-old Texas man visiting Washington Michael Bray was naked from waist down when commandeered the Para-a-gon, a 42-foot Bayliner yacht at the Queen City Yacht Club in Seattle. He had broken into the locked cabin to find the keys. He went on a rampage ramming other boats and docks before citizen Dave Svensen borrowed a gun and wounded him in the face and hands with a shotgun because he was about to hit a boat where someone lived aboard. He was hospitalized having caused an estimated $483,000 damage. He told police a cover story that he drank a six-pack of beer and was taking ecstasy and psychedelic mushrooms, and that he was a CIA agent who had to knock an "asian female ninja" from a Steven Segal movie off the boat who had been shooting at him.
The $94,000 yacht and another boat were a total loss, with another18 vessels were damaged or broken into. There was $200,000 in damage was done to the dock including collapsed roofs. Prosecutor said he was drunk as well as high on ecstasy and marijuana during the incident. As police approached he told them"one of you are dead". They found him naked from the waist down angry and ranting that he was a CIA operative and had been pursued throughout the day by an crazy "Asian female ninja" from a Steven Segal movie who had shot and been trying to kill him, and he was desperately trying to knock her off the boat. They found syringes believed to have been used to shoot illegal drugs in his clothing, and he admitted drinking a six-pack and taking ecstasy and psychedelic mushrooms. Bray was charged with first-degree theft, first-degree malicious mischief and reckless endangerment, jailed on $100,000 bail.
