Saturday Sept 14, 2013 Austin Texas: Carson Otter, a senior at the University of Mississippi from Indiana was in town for a football game. Witnesses saw him walking on the street with he got into an argument with a passing car. The occupant got out and struck him, causing Otter's head to strike the ground and sending him to the hospital with a brain injury. The assailant who has no description got back in and disappeared
Sounds like the australian student who was shot or the veteran who was beaten to death, or the guy watch the chess game who was beaten for no reason.
