Monday Sept 16, 2013 Austin Texas: 26-year-old Cole Flores was pulled over by police, and then led police on a four-county police chase which required a helicopter, and ended when he stopped at a gas station and was surrounded by SWAT police who blocked off streets, and convinced him to surrender. He jumped out of the police car and started screaming.
