One was a mother at home with her children, another 13. He was found to suffer from schizophrenia and psychosis, and spent 5 and a half years in a mental prison hospital. When he was released to a facility for sex offender,s he was sent to prison again for smashing cars and property. Released into the community, he was on bail for making threats when he killed Vukotic, and raped another woman at a Christian bookshop two days later.
