Motive was not terrorism but a debt he owed to Arbelo, who was the leader and suspected drug dealer Strickland shoved and head-butted a detective, and pulling out screws from an outlet, Strickland tried to pick her handcuffs and then etched "MPD Go to Hell" on a table, The Job Corps school and vocational program houses at-risk students between the ages of 16 and 24
