(AP) — The Florida Highway Patrol says a man has been arrested after sideswiping deputy's patrol car in the Florida Panhandle. Driver Richard Lee Schwarting drifted through the traffic cones before hitting the patrol car.charged with DUI, leaving the scene of a crash, refusal to provide a breath sample and careless driving. It's not known whether he's hired an attorney.

The New York Fire Department says the Resorts World Casino bus driver swerved to avoid hitting a car when he crashed into the building Monday A casino bus crashed into a three-story brick building sheering off a large part of the structure and injuring at least nine people, The front of the bus was demolished and the front window was out. Rescuers continued to comb through the rubble of bricks and siding.
