Mother identifies 16-year-old killed in Lynchburg shooting

WDBJ7 -The shooting happened around 10 p.m. Saturday in the 1500 block of 13th Street. No arrests have been made. A 17-year-old and 21-year-old Dakota Scott were also shot.
