September 1, 2013 In Brooklyn NYC Boy Shot in Stroller September 1, 2013 In Brooklyn NYC 1 year old African American Antiq Hennis was shot and killed in his stroller as his parents were pushing across the street, and 3 or 4 shots were heard. The father was thought to be the target, no arrests have been made. With 3 or 4 shots and the parent not hit, it looks like the child was the target. It was compared with March 18 Georgia Infant Antonio Santiago who was also shot in a stroller. Triggerman, Daquan Wright, 19, and a second suspect, Daquan Breland, 23, were taken into custody . In June 2009, Breland would be convicted after he and two of his cousins were hired by a white woman Leslie Jo Peltier to shoot jump out of a car and fire shotguns randomly into a crowd in Auburn, New York. One man was injured in his back.

- A Brooklyn man who participated in a shooting in Auburn as a teenager now stands suspected of killing a baby in New York City.police arrested Daquan Breland, 23, and his alleged accomplice Friday in northeastern Pennsylvania. The two are wanted for questioning in the shooting of a 1-year-old Sunday evening in Brooklyn. In 2009, Breland and two of his cousins where picked up in Brooklyn by Leslie Jo Peltier, an Auburn woman they met while housed at the Louis Gossett Jr. Residential Center in Lansing.
Peltier had a plan for the teenagers: a drive-by shooting.After supplying the trio with shotguns, Peltier drove Breland and his cousins to Auburn, where the teenagers sprayed a crowd gathered outside a Washington Street home with shotgun blasts, superficially injuring a 31-year-old man.

The Brooklyn man wanted for shooting a child dead in his stroller was arrested Friday in Pennsylvania, police sources said. The suspected triggerman, Daquan Wright, 19, and a second suspect, Daquan Breland, 23, were taken into custody about 7:30 a.m.

I also heard from the neighborhood that the shooter went back for the baby only when he couldn't catch the father. It wasn't some stray bullets that caught the baby. Cold Blooded! He better hope this info doesn't come to light in court.

Four arrested after shooting in Auburn
One man was shot in the back and was treated and released from Auburn Memorial Hospital.
The shooting remains under investigation and more charges are pending.
