TRAYVON MARTIN’S INVOLVEMENT IN LOCAL BURGLARIES COVERED UP BY MEDIA, SCHOOL, POLICE, PROSECUTORS
Not only did the media and law enforcement cover up Trayvon Martin's criminal record -- the attack on Zimmerman and subsequent show trial brought systemic corruption to light and led to the takedown of senior officials.
Much thanks to Andrea Shea King, Pat Dollard and The Last Refuge (who has done yeoman's work on this case):
Trayvon Martin’s Involvement In Local Burglaries Covered Up By Media, School, Police, Prosecutors
Excerpted from The Last Refuge:Ironically were it not for Frances Robles writing a Miami Herald article on March 26th 2012 an entire chain of events would not have taken place. It was that Robles article, and the outlining of the Miami-Dade School Police Department’s report on a Trayvon Martin incident from October 2011, that kicked off an internal investigation by M-DSPD Police Chief Hurley against his own officers to find out who leaked the police report.[Note: The Miami-Dade Public School System has its own Police force, and Chief, who report to the School Board and Superintendent - Not the Police Dept. The Police Chief is appointed by the School Superintendent, in this example, Alberto Carvalho]It was that M-DSPD internal affairs investigation which revealed in October 2011 Trayvon Martin was searched by School Resource Officer, Darryl Dunn. The search of Trayvon Martin’s backpack turned up at least 12 pcs of ladies jewelry, and a man’s watch, in addition to a flat head screwdriver described as “a burglary tool”.When Trayvon was questioned about who owned the jewelry and where it came from, he claimed he was just holding it for a “friend”. A “friend” he would not name.Later, after the police report was outlined in the Robles article, and despite Trayvon being suspended for the second time in a new school year, Martin family attorney, Benjamin Crump, said Trayvon’s dad, Tracy Martin, and Trayvon’s mom, Sybrina Fulton, did not know anything about the jewelry case.It was only as a consequence of the M-DSPD internal affairs investigation that “why” they may not have known came to light. On October 21st 2011 a burglary took place a few blocks from Krop Senior High School where Trayvon Martin attended. The stolen property outlined in the Miami-Dade Police Report (PD111021-422483) matches the descriptive presented by SRO Dunn in his School Police report 2011-11477.However, there was ONE big issue. SRO Dunn never filed a criminal report, nor opened a criminal investigation, surrounding the stolen jewelry. Instead, and as a result of pressure from M-DSPD Chief Hurley to avoid criminal reports for black male students, Dunn wrote up the jewelry as “found items”, and transferred them, along with the burglary tool, to the Miami-Dade Police property room where they sat on a shelf unassigned to anyone for investigation.A separate report of “criminal Mischief” (T-08809) was filed for the additional issue of writing “WTF” on a school locker. [It was the search for the marker used to write the graffiti that led to the backpack search].The school discipline, “suspension”, was attached to the graffiti and not the stolen jewelry. The connections between the Police Burglary report and the School Report of “found items” were never made because the regular police detective in charge of the Burglary case had no idea the School Police Dept. had filed a “found items” report. Two differing police departments, and the School Officer, Dunn, intentionally took the criminal element out of the equation – instead preferring “school discipline” and not “criminal adjudication”.It was only when the M-DSPD Internal Affairs investigation kicked in, and six officers gave sworn affidavits, the manipulative scheme to improve criminal statistics within the School System were identified openly.School Superintendent Alberto Carvalho gave his hire, Police Chief Hurley, instructions to reduce the criminal behavior of young black males. The chosen strategy between them, to insure optical success, was to stop using the Criminal Justice System to punish black student behavior. Instead they instructed the School Resource Officers to use school discipline in place of criminal justice.Another approach was the use of The Baker Act, to quantify behaviors under health HIPPA law secrecy by assigning the students with psychological problems. This allowed them to again use school discipline and work around criminal reports.Without the reports, the statistics would improve immensely; And improve they did.The final approach, to insure no-one would find out about the manipulation, was to change the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for inter-agency information sharing. This new SOP was outlined by a communications directive in 2010 forbidding the sharing of Miami-Dade School Police reports to outside agencies without redaction. Officers had to send any and all requests through the public information officer.Hence, the furor of Chief Hurley when the Robles article hit the press and cited police reports – Hurley smelled a leaker and launched an investigation.Ultimately the internal affairs investigation initiated by Hurley led to his own firing, because the officers questioned told the internal affairs investigators the truth of what was going on and outed the scheme. One of the examples of this in action was the jewelry incident and Trayvon Martin – as accidentally outlined in the Herald report. But the Herald never knew their reporting had launched an internal affairs investigation which led to the collapse of the scheme.Meanwhile the stolen jewelry from the burglary (PD111021-422483) was sitting on a shelf in the Property Room listed as (2011-11477 “found items) gathering dust.Until we started digging, and the FOIA requests revealed not only the scheme, but the fact a victim was never made whole with the return of their items. That is, until now.
02. What's next for George Zimmerman?"
That's because it's probably terrorism staged to look like a robbery. But no one will ever figure that out.
05. Question of Islamic Reform
Perhaps the major theological problem confronting the revisionist Muslim community today—i.e., those whom we call “moderates” or “secular-oriented intellectuals”—is the canonical scriptures which define their faith and without which Islam would cease to exist. The dilemma for these “enlightened Muslims” is the Koran itself, with its ubiquitous summons to warfare, conquest, enslavement and social and economic persecution of vanquished peoples, which is why they are preoccupied, to the brink of obsession, with the twin concepts of re-interpretation and contextualization.
These meliorists are convinced that Islam is diametrically opposed to something called “Islamism,” that Islam is essentially a “religion of peace” rather than a bellicose imperial movement and that its founding texts therefore invite reinterpretation. This belief can be readily demolished by anyone with a cursory acquaintance with the Islamic literature and a modicum of common sense. For once the incendiary and violent passages are expurgated from the Koran and the Hadith, and the philosophical and political curriculum appropriately bowdlerized, there is far too little left over on which to base a credible and authoritative, world-historical faith. Indeed, as I have argued before, the result would resemble a version of Baha’i’ and could no longer legitimately be called Islam. Re-interpretation is effectively a dead end, a theological placebo swallowed by the naïve or the willfully ignorant who find the strong medicine of reality unpalatable or even abhorrent.
The notion of contextualization fares no better. Here the thesis is that one must adopt a historical or dialectical perspective on the progressive evolution of belief systems. The repugnant portions of the scriptures are understood to apply only to the times in which they were conceived and written. Of course, there is some truth to this contention. The Bible also contains offensive passages which have been despumated with the passing of time. But the difference between the Bible and the Koran is categorical. The former is largely narrative and parabolic in structure and the parts we would regard as objectionable are comparatively few. The Koran, on the contrary—especially the longer, Medinan section—is almost unrelentingly belligerent and exhortative, commanding the believer to slay, conquer, oppress and impose draconian taxes on those who have been subjugated.

Three savages were freed despite imprisoning, starving, and torturing a 15-year-old girl who was sold into marriage because she refused to work as a prostitute for her in-laws. Locked in a toilet for 5 months, the teenage wife was mutilated and burned with cigarettes, nearly starved, and had her nails and hair pulled out by her husband’s family.
UK Guardian Human rights activists have warned of an new assault on women’s rights in Afghanistan after judges and prosecutors allowed the early release of three people convicted for the brutal torture of a child bride, and conservative lawmakers made an aggressive bid to prevent relatives testifying against each other. 07. NYC cabbie Terrorist refuses then attacks drunk customers
police and witnesses say. Same modus operandi as Thai murder of American citizen over $1.50 cab fare.
July 14, 2013 Terrorism staged as road rage?
hailed the cab driver around 5 a.m. local time Saturday, but he refused to give them a ride because he noticed both men were drunk.
An argument ensued, and then the driver got out of his car and smashed its rear window with a baseball bat before going after the passengers, who defended themselves with beer bottles, police sources told the New York Post.
The cab driver stabbed the 33-year-old in the torso, police said, and the 26-year-old in the chest when he tried to help out his friend. Both were left bleeding in the street as the cabbie sped away.

June 13, 2013 Staged taxi terrorism? Argument leads to grisly murder sounds like a common cover story.
A livery cab driver died after he was stabbed in the eye, possibly with the metal tip of an umbrella, causing him to lose control and crash into another car in Brooklyn Thursday evening... The driver, identified by relatives as Orji-ama Uro, was taken to Brookdale Hospital, where he was pronounced dead... Police said it appears the driver was involved in a dispute with two passengers, a man and a woman. The suspects were seen running away from the scene after the stabbing and are being sought by police... he was a hard-working immigrant from Nigeria
Could be terrorism staged as a common crime. No other explanation or motive makes sense

09. NY Mandates Hybrid Or Untested Nissan NV200 Minivan
Panel Adopts New Rules for Taxi of Tomorrow Why adopt a cab that hasn't even been introduced into the US yet? Similar to Ford Transit Connect, but not wheelchair or hybrid capable. June 20, 2013 ...One month after a judge blocked the Bloomberg administration’s initial plans for a near-uniform fleet of yellow cabs... prompt another deluge of litigation from yellow taxi operators who have opposed the plan, which would require nearly every cab to be a Nissan NV200... plan violated New York City’s administrative code, which stipulates that the city “shall approve one or more hybrid electric vehicle models for use” and that any approved model “shall be eligible for immediate use” by all owners. The NV200 is not a hybrid.http://www.caranddriver.com/news/2014-nissan-nv200-taxi-photos-and-info-news
Nissan is introducing Big Apple residents to their new car. The NV200, as you may recall, waschosen as New York City’s Taxi of Tomorrow, meaning that anyone who wants to put a new taxi into service there will need to buy one of these babies. By Nissan’s calculations, switching the city’s fleet from Crown Vics to NV200s will give back five acres in the form of vacated roadway. Nissan will also sell a commercial version of the NV200 vanand is considering an electric version, too.

Ford Transit Connect Approved for Taxi Use in NYC
In a hearing today, the New York Taxi and Limousine Commission approved the Ford Transit Connectfor taxi service in the city. You’re probably thinking “wait a tick, didn’t the City of New York recently hold a competition among manufacturers to determine ‘NYC’s Taxi of Tomorrow,’ and didn’t Ford’s Transit Connect lose that competition to Nissan’s NV200 small van?” The answer to both of your questions is yes.
.....e Nissan’s exclusive 10-year contract doesn’t kick in until 2013. In the meantime, Ford is free to foist its small, high-roof van upon the taxi companies of New York. Ford also won approval for its Taurus sedan at the Taxi Commission’s hearing; while certainly no Crown Victoria, the Taurus is at least a large sedan, which is sure to make it popular among the big-sedan-philic hired car set.
This whole taxi situation is silly. First of all, why should there be only 1 taxi of the city? Different riders have different needs, and we don't need vans to move the majority of single or 2-passenger fares. And why are we using vans to shuttle people around when they still only hold 3 + 1? If we aren't going to see any improvement in carrying capacity, (these new vans cant be wider than the old crown-vics i refuse to believe it) why are we going to switch over to vans that get worse mileage and don't take up any less room in traffic.. they should have picked a car with a diesel or hybrid powertrain at the minimum. The new passat, for example, is basically the same price, just as comfortable for 3+1, holds enough stuff in the trunk, and gets twice the mileage.. both per gallon and in total use on the engine.
10. Taliban Terrorist Attacks On Schools For Girls in Pakistan
NY Times July 12, 2013Americans wonder who would attack schools at Columbine or Sandy Hook - but the Taliban attacks schools all the time.
More than 800 schools in the region have been attacked since 2009, according to government education authorities. But it was a vicious attack last October on an outspoken 15-year-old schoolgirl, Malala Yousafzai, that moved the issue to global prominence.
Ghalanai is the headquarters of Mohmand, a hilly tribal agency along the Afghan border where schools have been the targets of more than 100 attacks. Military check posts dot the hilltops, overlooking largely barren land. A female suicide bomber almost killed the leader of a religious party here this year.
The Pakistani Taliban see schools as symbols of both Western decadence and government authority, but their attacks are also intended to deny the Pakistani military the possibility of establishing temporary bases in the buildings. Typically, they strike in the dead of night, planting explosives that topple buildings and shred desks and blackboards.
