June 20, 2018 Ammar Hussain Charged Murder Stolen Jeep Police Chase Crash Police spotted a problem with license plate and pulling over 27-year-old Ammar Hussain who was driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT that was just reported stolen. He fled ran a red light and slammed into a taxi. Killed was psychiatrist. Diana Lampsa of Palmyra, Wis, and also hit two pedestrians, a 45-year-old man and a 48-year-old woman, who were on the sidewalk. [1] Two passengers in Hussain's Jeep were questioned but released. [3] Ammar Hussain, 27, of Lincolnwood, was charged with murder and several felony counts of fleeing officers. [2]

6/20/2018 Man charged in fatal River North crash http://abc7chicago.com/man-charged-in-fatal-river-north-crash/3641226/ police tried pulling over 27-year-old Ammar Hussain of Lincolnwood, Ill. at about 10:54 p.m. and that he fled after a check revealed a discrepancy in the vehicle's registration plate. Hussain sped off, ran a red light and slammed into a taxi at Grand and Dearborn avenues killing Diana Lampsa, 66, of Palmyra Wis in cab and was killed. The taxi driver and two people on the sidewalk were also hurt.
