April 14, 2015 update April 12 shooting Suspect in NC college shooting nabbed sleeping on Daytona Beach Florida The man wanted in the deadly shooting at a community college in North Carolina has been arrested in Florida, police said Tuesday. Kenneth Stancil, 20, was found Stancil early Tuesday illegally sleeping on the beach.   8. 3 killed 2 injured 2 incidents suspect killed  April 10, 2015, April 14, 2015 Colby James Killed Wanted in Pham Family Murder in Portland, Oregon  On a Friday night, Gary Pham, 33, and his 41-year-old sister-in-law, Susie Pham, were shot in the head execution style and killed around 10 p.m. in their Portland Oregon apartment Andrew Pham, 35, Gary's brother and Susie's husband, was critically wounded. One witness heard nearly two dozen gunshots.  A 13-week-old baby was unharmed. The family is in the legalized  medical marijuana business but  do not believe they were growing medical marijuana at the apartment, and  authorities are unsure if that was factor in the murders. April 14 in DeSoto, Texas, a convenience store clerk recognized him, and followed to get license plate. Police found him and killed him in a shootout, while a woman bystander was slightly injured

One of the men pulled out a knife and stabbed Kelly. He died at the scene.
