He had been released on bond awaiting trial in June in connection with a May 2014 had previously been pulled over for driving suspiciously and then led police on a chase which ended when police had to put his car in a spin, and he kept ramming police cars shouting "God is Great" in Arabic with multiple illegal license plates and drivers licenses and a passport with a half dozen global destinations favored by terrorists. Police found a camera with images of a burnt body in Stanford's Toyota Hilux.
