The tanker truck struck the semi on the rear driver’s side and continued rolling down the highway, catching fire and causing the cargo tank to explode. The driver of that semi, Dwight Handley, Jr. died from his injuries. a pastor of the Evangelical Free Church in Eaton Colorado was hurt assissting injured driver.
