Two threats were called in Wednesday, The Knoxville Police Department has identified the worker as Gregory Jacobs, 58, of Knoxville. Officials determined the threats were coming from a KUB vehicle, and used GPS tracking technology down to an apartment complex where he was arrested.

I took it in my hands to take care of the business that needed to be took care of.”

Police said an officer shot Noble, who died at the scene.

And, last month, a Navy chaplain was removed from his post and may lose his career after some sailors complained about his private counseling, in which he reportedly advocated against homosexuality and sex outside of marriage.

Police have not named the suspect publicly but said Tuesday they are working to find the person.

He was also accused of critically injuring 35-year-old Andrew Pham. Susie and Andrew Pham’s 13-week-old daughter was found at the scene unharmed. Gary and Andrew Pham are brothers.

First responders found Dallas Faulk, 40, lying on the ground outside the tank car. Faulk was taken in extremely critical condition to CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. It took authorities about six hours to pull the second victim from a rail car.
