3 killed 2 injured 2 incidents suspect killed  April 10, 2015, April 14, 2015 Colby James Robinson Murders Pham Family in Portland, Oregon  On a Friday night, Gary Pham, 33, and his 41-year-old sister-in-law, Susie Pham, were shot in the head execution style and killed around 10 p.m. in their Portland Oregon apartment Andrew Pham, 35, Gary's brother and Susie's husband, was critically wounded. One witness heard nearly two dozen gunshots.  A 13-week-old baby was unharmed. The family is in the legalized  medical marijuana business but  do not believe they were growing medical marijuana at the apartment, and  authorities are unsure if that was factor in the murders. April 14 in DeSoto, Texas, a convenience store clerk recognized him, and followed to get license plate. Police found him and killed him in a shootout, while a woman bystander was slightly injured

One dead in DeSoto police shooting incident WFAA  man wanted in connection with a double-homicide in Portland, Oregon - 26-year-old Colby Robinson of Dallas Texas was killed in the gunfire wounded person was a woman believed to be an innocent bystander.

 Dallas Morning News Portland police said Colby James Robinson, 26, fatally shot Gary Pham, 33, and Susie Pham, 41, Friday evening in their home. He was also accused of critically injuring 35-year-old Andrew Pham. Susie and Andrew Pham’s 13-week-old daughter was found at the scene unharmed. Gary and Andrew Pham are brothers.
