Oakland Man's Kilt Set Afire on Bus

November 4, 2013 A man in a kilt was set afire while he was sleeping in an AC Transit bus in Oakland, Caifornia. 18 year old Luke "Sacha" Fleishman suffered 2nd and 3rd degree burns on this legs. A 16 year old male Oakland High School student was arrested, but no motive has been established.

Debbie Fleischman told the Oakland Tribune that her son will require massive skin grafting. She also said she is torn about whether the fire was a prank, or if her son was targeted because he was wearing a skirt.
