Macalester College Foreign Exchange student Killed At Crosswalk August 29, 2012 Cleo Thiberge, 19, had arrived in the United States the day before as an exchange student from France at Macalester college. She was run over and pinned down by a tire of an SUV driven by Danielle Jeanne Keller and died 3 days later. Keller, age 28, was sentenced to 25 days in jail, home detention or work program, plus a  $150 fine a year of probation for a year.
