When you too many guns and rounds of ammunition, or bombs, or shoot or stab more times than you need just to kill a person, or travelled a long way to inflict a lot of damage then what you probably have is not just a garden variety criminal or mental case, but a professional terrorist backed up by planner, and possibly a disinformation campaign.

The gunman was carrying 3 handguns and police found a rifle on his motorcycle, firepower typical for a mass shooting or a terrorist attack.

Some witnesses say the driver lost control after he hit his head and his helmet came off. No media accounts mentioned the possibility of a terrorist incident. Other monster trucks in town were bombed by unknown persons.
