1 killed, 1 critically injured celebrity June 7, 2014 Truck Driver Rear Ends Tracy Morgan's Sprinter Van In New Jersey Sprinter van carrying actor Tracy Morgan was rear-ended on New Jersey Turnpike by tractor-trailer operated by Walmart, causing a chain reaction crash. Monday February 3, 2014 Walmart custodian Myron Terrell admitted he shot customer Lori Martin, mother and wife, six times after his shift was over. He walked into the store and appeared to target this one woman while she was shopping. He was identified by the store video and was soon arrested. He told detectives a cover story that he felt threatened by her and that she had harassed him his whole life, however police believe he had no connection to his victim. This obvious lie is similar to (but evidently not connected to other similar) unprovoked on attacks where the assailant claimed to be chased by attackers, harassed or bullied or threatened. He also appeared to target one person rather than shoot into a crowd, like other recent shootings of specific people even though they appeared to have no connection. The woman was critically injured and was eventually able to speak to her husband. The story received no coverage outside of local news and and few obscure internet sites.
