Sept 30, 2015 Police: Passerby Argues, Stabs Man Playing with Friend at Soccer Field at at Concordia University in St. Paul MN  a 26-year-old man was playing soccer with a friend when there was an argument with a passerby that escalated. Linders says the man was stabbed in the back of the arm. he went in to surgery and is expected to survive. September 29, 2015 Oakland Artist Antonio Ramos Painting Non-Violence Mural Killed in Broad Daylight After Argument With Passerby 1 killed, suspect sought. In West Oakland, California, artist Antonio Ramos, 27 was working on an anti-violence mural when a passerby provoked an argument which turned into an apparent random shooting, as the offender killed his target and ran away. Officials say there is nothing to indicate the subject matter in the mural, called the Oakland Super Heroes Mural Project, sparked the violence.
