In a hazing ritual called the "glass ceiling" fraternity members physically abused and beat Chun 'Michael' Deng as he ran a gauntlet in the snow, then were directed by their leader Andy Meng, whose sister is New York congresswoman Grance Meng to cover it up as the 19-year-old lay dying and they waited a crucial hour before taking the victim to the hospital.  Meng faces four felony counts of destroying evidence and providing false information, and was one of five arrested in September 2015.

Pi Delta Psi (ΠΔΨ) is an Asian-American Cultural Interest Fraternity It’s obvious what this “Glass Ceiling” ritual is about—the brother calling for him represents Asian racial solidarity and the “others who try to tackle him” represent.... Represent white people, and the society that’s supposed to provide “glass ceilings” for Asians.
