Police say that Benjamin Kevin Newman was drunk when he left The Hangout Patio Bar in Plano on Thursday night. The 22-year-old Dallas resident also must have been angry, since he allegedly steered his car into four people standing in the parking lot.

"We believe, based on the evidence and talking to some of the witnesses and staff, that this was intentional," says Plano PD spokesman David Tilley.

Three of the four victims were bar employees. Word comes today that one of his alleged victims, 23-year-old Christopher Ryan Brigman, has died from his injuries
