  1. 6 injured March 30, 2015   School bus hit by erratic wrong way SUV Tulsa kjrh.com  southbound SUV clipped another car, crossed the center median and crashed head on into the school bus.  Police said the SUV was speeding at the time of the crash. SUV's driver was transported to a nearby hospital.  Police on the scene said it wasn't clear if the man was ill or intoxicated

Inspectors ..determined work to upgrade gas service didn't pass inspection, locking the line to ensure it wouldn't be used...  Fifteen minutes later, the sushi restaurant's owner smelled gas and called the landlord.
