2 killed 3 arrested April 30, 2015 Murder Arson of Jim and Cathy Hively MN Farm Jim and Cathy Hively were shot in their home which was burned the next day. Charged were Lyon County residents Derek M. Hexum, Theodore A. Como,and Kyle R. Wesselink. Hexum and Como were each charged with second-degree murder, arson and armed burglary. Wesselink was charged with arson, burglary and receiving stolen property. Hexum lived on a neighboring property
1 killed 3 arrested March 12, 2015 Murder of Dog Walker James Patrick Stuhlman in Philadelphia Two 15 year old teens Brandon Smith and Tyfine Hamilton and a a 14-year-old boy targeted 51-year-old James Stuhlman for a robbery after they tired of playing basketball but they did not take anything according to police reports. They said they decided to rob Stuhlman because his dog was smaller than their intended first target. The shooter who gunned down this father in cold blood, 15-year old Tyfine Hamilton eventually turned himself in. A slight struggle ensued and that's when the man was shot once in the chest, according to officials. "At one point he did plead for his life," said Clark. "He said, 'please don't shoot me, please don't shoot me,' and they still shot him one time."
