2 killed suspect suicide February 1, 2015 Wajih Mazloum shoots Tulane Law student murder suicide In New Orleans, Wajih Mazloum, 28, and his girlfriend Sara LaMont, 25, were found dead in their apartment near Tulane University in New Orleans, where both were in their second year of law school. Mazloum apparently shot Ms LaMont before turning the gun on himself.  Seven Tulane students have died in the previous year, four thought to be suicides

fox5vegas: Tulane had three suicides in the fall semester. Two suicides were undergrads and one public health student," said Dusty Porter, vice president of Student Affairs. Mary Travis was the third suicide in 2014. The 19-year-old management major was found dead Nov. 22 in Leadership Village.
