He ditched his car in a townhome garage in Edina and was later found in a home on Syndicate Drive in Jordan in Scott County Winters' former wife, 44-year-old Erica Lynn Winters was arrested  on charges of obstructing justice about 2:30 p.m. as she left the home, Stanek said. Winters remained inside, and SWAT team members used a cell phone to negotiate with him, found dead at 1 a.m. Winters, who was 41 years old, was part of a motorcycle gang with gun and drug convictions,

The family name, relatively common among people of Malian descent, is the __same as that of Amedy Coulibaly, who killed a policeman and four Jewish shoppers___ in last month's attack on the kosher grocery in Paris. Police said the two apparently were not related. He was known to authorities as French security services questioned Moussa Coulibaly after he traveled to Turkey on a one-way ticket in late January. Turkish police blocked him from traveling  returned him to France.

  17. 1 injured February 3, 2015 Road rage racial slurs may be motive for Columbia shooting, police say WGAL Lancaster LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. —Police say road rage may have been the motive for a shooting at a Columbia shopping center on Tuesday afternoon. Officials have charged Ashley Curry, 31, with felony aggravated assault and ethnic intimidation. They say she shot Jamie Roland, 31, in the Musser's Market parking lot in Columbia, Lancaster County. Police say Curry was arguing with another woman, Alicia Glenn-McCowin, when Roland tried to intervene. Officials say that's when Curry fired one shot, hitting Roland in the abdomen. Roland is in stable condition Wednesday morning and is expected to recover.

Police claim Henderson attempted to carjack three different people with her gun after she was caught shoplifting knives at the Home Depot and a pointed the gun at the security officers at Home Depot.
