Anthony Holley, 47, was arrested Saturday, and if convicted could face up to a year in the Duval County jail on each count, the State Attorney's Office said. Debra Green, who'd been a nurse at Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville for nearly 17 years, said Holley attacked her in the emergency room of the hospital in July. Since Green came forward, four other women have made similar allegations. 22. 2 killed suspect killed by police January 31, 2015 Houston Jazz Musician Murdered by Illegal Alien at Traffic Light, Killed by Police A Houston musician has been murdered by an illegal alien who had been allowed to stay in the United States, even though the alien had been convicted in Texas previously for selling narcotics. The suspect was killed by police following a second murder that he committed immediately after killing the musician. The illegal alien’s name was Victor Manuel Reyes. Court records indicate the alien was sentenced to five years for drug dealing in 2010 and had an immigration hold upon exiting prison. It is unclear at this time if he was deported and immediately came back in across the porous Texas-Mexico border or if U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) simply failed to pick him up and deport him, as is often the case. In such instances, the jails or prisons simply release the criminal alien into the U.S. if ICE does not show up. The musician, Spencer Golvach, had reportedly dropped off his girlfriend and was waiting at a red light when he was randomly targeted by the illegal alien and murdered. The victim’s father said, “I want to know why a convicted drug pusher who served time in prison that’s not a legal citizen was unleashed upon our streets.” (Similar to drive-up shooting by Dinh Bowman, targeted killings of musicians) Family, friends remember fallen local musician Less than an hour after Spencer's murder, a Harris County Sheriff's deputy shot and killed Victor Manuel Reyes after he refused to put down his gun after another drive-by shooting. He's the same man Houston police say may be responsible for Spencer's cold blooded killing. Spencer was the bassist for Houston's popular Indie rock band, the Dead Revolt. Saturday morning, he was tragically killed while stopped at a red light at 18th and Mangum.  28-year-old Juan Garcia. He, too, was killed in Saturday night's drive by shooting spree.
  23. 1 injured, 1 horse killed February 1, 2015  Black Florida man drives into horse riders after slur, injures woman, kills horse flees road rage case  Volusia County deputies Christopher ToddChloe SloanEllie MaeVolusia County deputies arrested Christopher Todd for battery and animal cruelty miles from the scene of a strange hit-and-run. Deputies said he plowed into a group of riders on horseback on Sunday after a verbal altercation. He struck horse Ellie Mae, killing her and injuring rider Chloe Sloan, who suffered a broken collar bone. In a bizarre case of road rage, a Florida driver rammed his truck into a rider on horseback, killing the horse and injuring the rider, deputies said. Volusia County sheriffs arrested 21-year-old Christopher Todd early Sunday miles from the scene of the hit-and-run. Authorities found tell-tale evidence: horse hair was stuck to his pickup truck's grill. Deputies said four horseback riders were taking a late-night ride along the St. Johns River. Around 1 a.m., they stopped at French Landing. Todd was speeding nearby in his Dodge Ram 1500. One of the riders asked Todd to slow down. The driver fired back with profanity, and the rider called Todd a racial slur, deputies said. That’s when Todd plowed his truck into the group. Sloan — who was not the person involved in the argument — fell off the horse and onto the car's hood. She suffered a broken collarbone in the fall, but ran into the woods to hide. Todd circled the dying horse and then sped off, witnesses said.
