1 killed - school stabbing of teacher July 4, 2014 Kindergarten teacher stabbed, killed in front of students in France At the the Edouard Herriot school in Albi in southern France, a mother of a new student stabbed and killed a French kindergarten teacher in her classroom with a knife as students watched Friday morning -- the last day of school before summer break. The suspect was taken into custody, and was the mother of a child who'd been attending the school only for a month and a half. The mother apparently had “serious psychiatric problems”
