June 30, 2018  Timmy Kinner Accused Birthday Party Stabbing at Boise ID Refugee Apartment Complex   Timmy Kinner was charged stabbing 9 people, wounding six children and three adults in the Saturday night attack at a Boise apartment complex. It houses resettled refugee families. Victims victims included members of three refugee families from Iraq, Ethiopia and Syria. [5]  [2]. The 30-year-old had recently been a guest at the complex but was asked to leave Friday over bad behavior, police said.  Kinner returned the next evening and began attacking people, including several children who were attending a 3-year-old girl's birthday celebration and the adults who tried to intervene, Boise Police Chief William Bones said. [1] Police four minutes after calls to find victims lying in the street, in the parking lot and inside the complex. Thirty-year-old Timmy Kinner was found and arrested a short distance away; investigators later found a knife believed to be used in the attack in a nearby canal. [5]  One mother says it was like the of the terror she left in Somalia [5]  Investigators have not found any indications that the attack was a hate crime as Kinner is an African American. [2]  Suspect motives are unclear as investigators were trying to determine why the suspect targeted them.  Kinner had a lengthy criminal record that included weapons charges and arrests for "violence against others" and had served prison time in Kentucky.  The police chief had said that the attack resulted in the most victims in a single incident in Boise Police Department history. [4] Timothy Kinner was been charged with first-degree murder after a 3-year-old girl died from wounds sustained at her birthday party. [3]

Alternative theory: This isn't just somebody anti-immigration, it's a military ISIS or Al Qaeda or Hamas style attack. Target is designed to hide who ordered it. This is not just a drifter mad at being asked to leave the apartments.  Somebody orders migrants to commit terrorism in europe and illegal immigrant crime in US. Can be elaborate years long cover story build up to Capital Gazette mass shooting using smoke grenades just like Parkland and Jodie Foster cover story for shooting Reagan. Connect the dots.

Timothy Kinner, 30, has been charged with first-degree murder after a 3-year-old girl died from wounds sustained at her birthday party on Saturday night.
