(CNN) On 27 June 2015, flammable starch-based powder exploded at Formosa Fun Coast, a recreational water park in New Taipei, Taiwan. By the following day the injury list from the explosion was at least 498 people, with 184 in intensive care. As of 29 June 2015, one fatality was attributed to the explosion. The dust explosion, which occurred on a music stage during a "Color Play Asia  party, has been called the "worst incident of mass injury (ever) in New Taipei". powder was identified, by some sources, as coloured corn starch.  expert warned that the colored powder used during the Color Play Asia parties might cause a dust explosion if the material was combustible.

Suspect  Holmes became involved in a dispute while the tournament was taking place. Police did not say who was involved in the dispute, but said it did not appear that it was with any of the other victims. (Fake argument is cover story justification for shooting at and targeting random people in the crowd. They are not bystanders if the are the intended targets. You don't shoot a man in the head by accident)

State police responded to a home on Crescent Avenue in Plattekill where Rodshan Pittman, 25, reportedly died as a result of his gunshot wound.
