Police believe it is a domestic dispute, but as he was found with 3 handguns and pockets full of ammunition, it is possible that shooting was wife was just a cover story and a mass mall shooting was the intended objective. No media made any mention of any possible connection to other attacks across the world, or the attack on the kosher market in Paris.
