- 20 killed 54 injured February 2, 2014 2014 Peshawar cinema bombings refers to a series of back-to-back bombings that took place in Shama Cinema andPicture House between 2 and 11 February where 20 people were killed and 54 others were injured.During the February second bombings there was from 90 to 100 people inside the Picture House movie theatre who were watching Ziddi Pakhtun at Qissa Khawani Bazaar.[2] The attackers threw two grenades after the movie was paused while still sitting in the back of the cinema. The grenades killed five which was followed by a stampede during which 31 were injured. The wounded were transported to Lady Reading Hospital where two of them died.[3]

- 3 killed 5 hurt Sunday February 2, 2014 Elderly Woman Backs Over Church Crowd in Florida An elderly woman loses control of her Tahoe SUV as she backed out of her parking spot and accelerated into a group of people until she landed in the creek.. She killed 3 and hurt 5 others as they were walking out of a church service held at the Sugar Creek Country Club in Bradenton, Florida. The woman said that she remembered nothing and it was just an accident. She may have experienced pedal confusion as charges are pending.

The shooting appears to have stemmed from a domestic situation as Tommy Meadows, 64, came to the church with a gun, looking for his wife, Wanda Meadows. The couple is separated, they say, but Tommy had allegedly made threats to kill Wanda.

Iverson was accused of driving his van last February after drinking heavily at a bar. Witnesses say Iverson sped west down Franklin Avenue in south Minneapolis, then suddenly swerved toward the curb and struck Marcus Nalls, a 26-year-old African American chef and bicycle commuter. Nalls was hit in the right lane, and the van veered up onto a snowbank, dragging Nalls underneath the car.
