When men came to help, pulled out and waved gun and threatned to "shoot everybody" and get shot by police if they came. " charged a week later with two counts of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, one count of domestic assault, one count of being an ineligible person in possession of a firearm and one count of terroristic threats, all felonies. He also faces one misdemeanor count each of fourth-degree criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct."

Alternative theory - looks more like domestic terrorism than just a domestic spat with ex-girlfriend. Follows familiar pattern of terrorism spree started with anger at ex girlfriend, girlfriend is merely cover story to establish false motive for spree of non-lethal terror attacks.
